RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your SKosmetic’s products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.skosmetics.com within 30 days purchase. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail points, please follow that retailer’s return policy.
How do I place a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team here ( info@skosmetics.com ) here with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at your address. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. You can see exactly which countries we ship to if you enter your shipping information on our check out page. You can also see what the shipping cost will be during the checkout process.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order has been placed. By this email you can find the tracking number for your package.

Orders submitted on www.skosmetics.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact customer care here (info@skosmetics.com).
Where can I return a product?
Within 30 days purchase only. The product should not be used or damaged.
