Although we tried to make this regulation more understandable, you will also find legal terms. The reason for their use is that they form the articles of the legal contract between you and SKosmetics, so we suggest you read them carefully. By utilizing our services, you agree and undertake to fully respect your obligations under these Terms, otherwise we kindly ask you not to use our services. In the context of these Terms, the terms “You” or “user” or “buyer” mean the entity or individual using our services, while “WE” or “our” or “SKosmetics” means SKosmetics, and “parties” mean YOU and SKosmetics.

We are committed to protecting copyrights and we commit ourselves to fully respect these rights.

All content included, made available or posted through any of our services, such as but not limited to: any text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, aggregated data and / or software are our property, or our contractors, and are protected by the copyright law of the Republic of Albania, the laws where it operates or exercises SKosmetics activity and international copyright law. If during the use of our services note that any copyright is violated, please do not hesitate to contact us through the contact details published on our web site.

Our trademark is protected by law. No physical or legal person, during their trading activities, can use any sign that is substantially identical or similar to our trademark. Unauthorized use of a trademark is considered a violation of property rights over a registered trademark.

In our services a part of the content comes from users, publishers, and third parties. Although we try to review content from time to time, we do not do this for all sites, and as a result we cannot and do not want to take responsibility for any content that comes from others through our services.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we offer to you electronically are valid and complete and are equivalent to written communications.

To purchase products through skosmetics.com you must be a registered user. If you do not have an account, please register.

We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to modify, correct, limit or terminate temporarily or ultimately any of the services or parts of these services, or part of the functions of these services, including any applications launched. In addition, we reserve the right to introduce or introduce features or new applications to improve our services.

Product description

We try to be as accurate as possible in the information we present, however, we cannot guarantee that descriptions of products or other product content on our websites including skosmetics.com are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If a product purchased by you essentially differs from the product listed on the skosmetics.com website, you have the option to return the product.

Buying a product 

You can buy the products listed on our website by choosing the item you want to buy and shipped to the basket (by clicking the “Add to basket” button). Once you have finished selecting items, the value of your order (order) and the number of items ordered is displayed. Then proceed with the purchase process, following the steps below. Once you complete the process, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received.

We urge you to make sure that your information is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and complete before making any purchase order or transaction. We are not responsible for any loss that may be due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

We advise you to make sure that you have enough funds in your bank account before you process your purchase transaction, have enough credit limit on your transaction processing credit, or have enough cash payments.

To avoid any damage from the wrong order we ask you to make sure that you are not making a wrong order before purchasing the transaction. Errors in order processing are your responsibility and we cannot take any responsibility.

All items purchased at Us are delivered through a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage to items will pass to you immediately after handing over to us.

Returns and Refunds

Items that essentially do not match the specifications, design, description of the ordered product, you have the right to return, replace, or reimburse for them until we have warned you in advance. The item that you return is considered accepted by us only when the item is delivered to our special center for returned items.

Rejection or cancellation of a transaction

SKosmetics reserves the right at any time, under its free will, to refuse or cancel an online transaction for whatever reason. Some situations that may result in an online transaction being rejected or revoked include allegations of fraud with credit or debit card when there is reason to believe that the online transaction is unauthorized, violates any law, rule or regulation. SKosmetics can at any time request verification or additional information about any online transaction.

Taxes and Customs Charges 

The price of the products listed on our website includes customs and VAT, however, before processing the order, please read the order details carefully. In cases where no other customs duties or charges or other charges imposed by law are included in the price of the product then you are obliged that besides the buyer price of the product you will pay all other taxes and charges (applicable to external purchases).

Customer Care 

Customer Care is of particular importance to us. If you need assistance or assistance in processing any transaction, tracking your order, or other, you have the option to connect directly to us.

Filling-Changes in conditions 

We continuously improve existing services and offer new services. This means we can add new functionalities, products or services, or stop them. We can take any action at any time and we may not be able to let you know in advance

We hope you will always use our services forever; however, you can terminate the relationship by deleting your account.

At the same time, we can conclude our contract at any time, for whatever reason, without prior notice. This means that we can put additional restrictions on your use of services, or do not offer our services. For example. We may deactivate your account because of not using the service for a long time.

DISCLAIMER AND APPLICABLE LAW 

Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including the violation, termination or non-validity of these Terms, shall be settled by arbitration within the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania, in accordance with Applicable Laws of the Republic of Albania.

Returns

We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for your purchase and our policy is that you can return your order with 7 days of purchase and meet the requirements below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still need help locating the refund please email us at info@skosmetics.com or message us using the Facebook messenger feature on our site.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@skosmetics.com

Shipping Returns

If you qualify to return your product, send us an email  at info@skosmetics.com and we will email you the return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 60 Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All transactions are processed via a secure server, guaranteeing the maximum data protection to SKosmetics customers. 

SKosmetics Customer Service operators are not authorized, in any way, to request or accept credit card numbers and/or details.

PayPal

When paying via PayPal, customers can pay directly through their PayPal account or by using the card payment system supplied by PayPal.

Secure shopping

All financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are directly managed by the bank which guarantees the security of online transactions.

Sara Karaj (SKosmetics) owner is not aware of the details of the credit card and is not therefore able to store them or retain them in any way.

Shipping and Fees

SKosmetics owned by “Sara Karaj” ships its products in Albania & Kosovo and over 190 other countries.

Because of International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, ALL “Sara Karaj” as owner of SKosmetics, goods are shipped out Tirana- (Albania) WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact amount of the merchandise purchased in LEK.

How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped? 

You will receive a email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please note international orders will not receive tracking information.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship to over 190 countries. Please continue to checkout to see if we ship to your country.

Additional international shipping info 

Please note items shipped outside the Albania may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Skosmetics

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS FOR SHIPMENTS

Orders are shipped only on working days. The working days go from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Albania.

  • SKosmetics does not ship to the post office boxes.
  • Is not possible to agree on time and days for the collection of the products.
  • All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
  • Shipping costs for returned products will NOT be refunded.
  • Request of change of the shipping address after placing the order wont’ be authorized.
